Listen to your heart, act according to what it says, no matter what it takes. A state of perfect simplicity costs no less than anything else.
Being simple is difficult because being simple costs everything you have. In order to be simple, you will have to lose everything. That is why people have chosen the path of being complex and have forgotten how to be simple. Only a simple heart beats in unison with God. Only a simple heart sings in deep harmony with God. To reach this point, you will have to find your heart, your own excitement, your own pulse.
When your heart is resting during meditation, it is not something comprehensible or forced. It comes naturally as we tune in more and more finely with the rhythms of our inner silence.
The image on this card reflects the subtlety and the sweetness of this experience. The dolphins coming from the heart and making an arcuate jump, which ends at the point of the third eye, signify playfulness and understanding. They come when we are able to connect with the heart and move into the world from the heart.
Allow yourself to be softer and more receptive, because inexpressible joy awaits you nearby. Nobody will show it to you, and when you find it, you cannot find words to express it to others. However, it is there, deep in your heart, intense and ready to be discovered.
